Lindenwood Books started with a simple frustration: the best fiction doesn't always fit neatly into a single shelf. Readers who love a swoony small-town romance on a Saturday morning might reach for something darker and more intense come Sunday night. Genre is a starting point, not a life sentence.

We built this imprint to hold space for all of it — the sweet and the scorching, the cozy and the complicated. Each pen name under the Lindenwood umbrella is its own world, with its own voice and its own readers. What they share is a commitment to story: tight pacing, real emotion, and endings that leave you satisfied (or beautifully wrecked, depending on your mood).

What we believe

Readers are smart. They don't need to be handled carefully or talked down to. They pick up a book because they want to feel something — and our job is to deliver exactly that, without apology and without padding the page count.
